Cancellation Policy

*Please communicate at anytime incase of an emergency* Deposits are non transferreable and nonrefundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. For Example: You can’t use the deposit for anyone else or for your next appointment. NO Call NO show, or any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation charge of services and loss of deposit. If you are over 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $15 anything over 30 minutes will result in an automatic rescheduling of your appointment and loss of deposit (if one is required) All SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOU LEAVE THE SALON. No refunds are granted for time spent and loss. Based on personal discretion, everything is based on case by case. Thank you for your support.
